We offer free shipping on all orders—no surprises at checkout! Each product is custom made on demand, which helps us reduce waste and stay committed to a more sustainable future. Because your order is made just for you, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • 4–7 business days for shipping

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Issues

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund. We’ll cover the cost if the issue is due to an error on our part.

Lost Packages

If your package seems to be lost in transit, please get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and make it right.

How to Start a Return or Report a Problem

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us directly at kparham.contact@gmail.com. We'll provide the correct return instructions and any additional information needed.

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed. We do not currently accept general returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect or shipping issue.

Additional Shipping & Return Notes

  • Wrong or Insufficient Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, we’ll contact you to confirm an updated address. Reshipping fees will apply.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to our facility, we can reship it to you. Reshipping fees will apply. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days if unaddressed.
